What happens in the consultation & how long will it last?

• Even before the home consultation, I’ll have done some homework on your area and type of house so we’ll know who’s likely to buy it and what they’re looking for.

  That’s absolutely key!

• I’ll take a look around your home, room by room and explain what opinion a buyer would typically have, and what we can do so they will love it!
• You’ll get loads of advice on colour, furniture layout, lighting, window furnishings, accessories and general appearance of every room as well as the outside of the property, front and back including gardens.
• Allow around 3 hours for the consultation

I know you will want to keep any spend as low as possible so I try to use what you already have, making the best use of your stuff. If anything, people often have too much so it becomes more about putting things away or in storage, rather than buying new.
